Annual Meeting of Members 2024
October 4th, 7 p.m.
The Sherman Library Association held their Annual Members Meeting on October 4, 2024. The agenda included reports from the Executive Director, President, Treasurer, and chair of the Investment Committee. There was also a vote on the slate of Trustees, which passed unanimously with 3 votes in person and 18 by proxy. We encourage members to view the documents below and to email any questions to slboard@biblio.org.
