Gentle Yoga

Friday November 1st at 7:00 p.m.
Meets monthly on the 1st Friday of the month

Join yoga instructor Paul Jaehnig for a session of gentle yoga. This program, currently offered in-person at the Sherman Library, is a wonderful way to stretch, relax and unwind.

Classes are free and are open to all adults and no experience is required.
