Relaxation with Yoga Nidra

Meets monthly on the 1st Friday of the month

Join yoga instructor Maryia Hurwitz for a session of gentle yoga and guided relaxation. This program, currently offered remotely through Zoom, is a wonderful way to relax and unwind.

Classes are free and are open to all adults and no experience is required.
